Is individual patient data ever exposed?

No. Every metric is an aggregate with a minimum k-anonymity threshold of 3 cases per cell. No personally identifiable information — name, address, phone, or patient ID — is accessible through any tier.

What does NDPA compliance mean in practice?

All data sharing is governed by a formal data-sharing agreement under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023. Access is subject to institutional verification and the agreement must be signed before credentials are issued.

How long does approval take?

Typically 2–3 business days. Free government and NGO applications may take slightly longer due to manual verification. Paid tier applications with Flutterwave payment are prioritised.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Yes. Email contact@dshub.com.ng with your reference number and we'll update your access tier. Prorated credit is applied for early upgrades within the billing year.

What format are API responses in?

All API endpoints return JSON. The export endpoint additionally supports CSV output via ?format=csv. Lookback windows are configurable up to 104 weeks.

I represent a government body — is there a different process?

Government bodies (FMOH, NCDC, State MoH) receive free access. Select "Government & NGO" in the tier selector. We may request official letter of authorisation for Tier 1 ministries.
